Refund policy

VENUSA follows a no-refund policy.

Returns are accepted under specific conditions only.

Conditions for Returns:
● Initiate return within 7 days of delivery.
● Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
● Products on sale or part of promotional offers are non-returnable.
● Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect. 
● Exchange can be initiated for a different size or replacement of a defective item.
● Exchanges are processed after quality checks upon receiving the returned item
